Only 250g this week...but it WAS my birthday...note to self: do better next week even if it's Danny and Dionne's wedding on Saturday! Total loss 30kg 250g

Another 1kg 500g this week... Total loss (or is it gain?) now: 30kg, or 4s 10½lb in old money...how good is that!

OUT OF SIGHT...

You know, it really is true what they say: Out of sight, out of mind. But when you let someone back into your mind the melancholy that accompanies thoughts of them is unbearable. Maybe that's why we shield ourselves and don't allow some things to take...

...baby sis, BA, Classic's Prize winner 2009 and 1st class honours! Today we have been to the beautiful Canterbury Cathedral to see baby sis receive her diploma DEGREE (shows how much I know!) in Classics and Archeological Studies. A fitting end to three...

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEK 39

I was robbed! WW scales reckon I've put on 250g this week, but I KNOW my clothes are looser and golfer is adament that I'm thinner than last week...when I've messed up I put my hands up, but this time it's their scales, grrrrrr.

SUBTLE DIFFERENCES

Having someone live with you in your house is not the same as living with someone in a home belonging to both of you...not a major discovery you might say, but a very different situation to adjust to when you've been used to being in charge of everything...

That's more like it! 1kg 500g off this week...total loss now is 28kg...only another few months to go and I'm off down the front for a 99 flake
