WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEK 39

I was robbed! WW scales reckon I've put on 250g this week, but I KNOW my clothes are looser and golfer is adament that I'm thinner than last week...when I've messed up I put my hands up, but this time it's their scales, grrrrrr.

that's a great way of looking at it. I wish you all the best for the little bits you still have left to lose. I'm sure you will achieve your goal.

@ usagi: well I guess that's one way of feeling better, I do measure every month and it is going down, it's just that it's getting harder now as I have less to lose, but the rewards will be - already are - great, just got to keep focussed.

maybe you've put on 250g of muscles. have you tried measuring your waist, hips, everything? I do that once a month, that way I know, when I've put on some weight, if it's fat or muscle...
