OUT OF SIGHT...

You know, it really is true what they say:  Out of sight, out of mind.  But when you let someone back into your mind the melancholy that accompanies thoughts of them is unbearable.  Maybe that's why we shield ourselves and don't allow some things to take root in our hearts; sometimes that makes us seem uncaring, but what can you do when what you've lost can never be replaced?  When what is broken can never be fixed?  How long do you have to go on hurting?  Maybe it's better just to keep things out of mind...
