WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEK 24

I can't believe that I haven't written anything all week...it's been so busy and I've been rushing around, time for a break I think; stress is not good for weight loss. However, Minus 1kg tonight. Total loss 20kg 500g

LET'S HEAR IT FOR BABY SIS

Unfortunately, the University of Kent at Canterbury aren't clever enough for baby sis! After telling her they would be honoured to have her do her Masters degree there, they have now said that they don't have enough qualified tutors to oversee the work....

Golfer has gone off on an adventure to France today to play golf with his mates on a French green...off they set this morning at 6am, six men and their golf clubs laughing and joking their way through the Channel Tunnel in a black London taxi...who says...

WHITE OR LIGHT WOOD?

There's a debate raging between golfer and me about the colour of our kitchen...I want light wood with a Cuban red wall to accommodate the African theme I already have going on in my current kitchen, he wants white, white and more white...what do do think?...

SWIMMING #2

Yesterday I shaved two seconds off my lap time at the swimming pool...4 days prior to that it was 10 seconds I shaved off! I'm really getting into it, and starting to enjoy it now that I can do it effectively and don't half drown every time. I think it's...
