WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEK 72

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL!!! Tonight, minus 1kg. Total is now minus 40kg or 6¼ stones in old money. Before and after photos to come. Thank you and goodnight....

FEELING GOOD

Today I am wearing a size 12 trouser for the first time! I've been in size 12 above the waist for ages, but my classic British pear shape kept me in size 14 below the waist...it feels good...no...it feel great! So that's size 24 (52) to size 12 (40) in...

VERY NERVOUS

Weigh-in is advancing rapidly and the Wii is still telling me that I'm not at goal weight...what has a girl got to do to lose a couple of pounds around here! I had planned to take golfer with me tomorrow to share in my triumph, but unless the Wii can...

...Shingles! Yep, it's chicken pox for over 50s people that have already had chicken pox...for crying out loud, isn't it enough that we have to have all those childhood illnesses without them coming back to haunt us in later life; I tell you, this growing...

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEK 71

Minus 500g tonight, which is a miracle given my weekend away and the fact that I really haven't been concentrating...I have told everyone to be there next week as I expect to arrive at my goal weight, countdown with me: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6...

DIRTY WORD

Why is it that whenever TDC hears the word "Private" they react as if you'd sworn at them? For the second time I have had to ask them to intervene regarding nuisance; firstly noise nuisance perpetrated by our upstairs neighbour, and now rubbish dumping...

Minus 750g this week, another small push and I'll be there...not before time, I'm looking forward to living a normal life and not being eternally on a diet...just to recap: it's a loss of 6 stone, that's over 38 kg so far...but you know, some people just...
