OMG

Yesterday, feeling very anxious, I went to a well know supermarket and wandered around looking at everything trying to calm down. Not finding anything I wanted, I decided to go into the cafeteria for a skinny decaf latte and while I was sitting there...

DEPTHS OF DESPOND

Not feeling good today, it's all getting too much. Got my notice on Tuesday and had a massive binge yesterday; tonight is weigh-in, it's not going to be good and all the stress is giving me vertigo, I even fell over in Matalan car park the other day,...

HOW MUCH!

Last week a bright little light started winking at me from my dashboard, it was red and twinkly and accompanied by a discreet, almost timid little beep beep beep and a tentative "Air bag" message where the CD display telling me just which Mamma Mia song...
