COULD IT WORK?
Paul McKenna has an original way of controlling food cravings; I scoffed when I first heard of it, but I've tried it three days running now and it works! Go on, try it:
Tap 10 times above your eyebrow
Tap 10 times below your eyes
Tap 10 times on your collarbone
Tap 10 times in your armpit
Close your eyes
Open your eyes
Look sown to the right
Look down to the left
Rotate your eyes 360 degrees in either direction
Count out loud 1-5
Hum the first few lines of Happy Birthday to You
Tap 10 times under your eye
Tap 10 times under you collarbone
Tap 10 times under your armpit...
Well? Do you still want that cholcolate?
