TREPIDATION

It's weigh-in tonight and I'm scared! Valentine's weekend, plus a trip to the Isle of Wight on Tuesday have scuppered me this week...it's hard being a weight watcher.

JULIE & JULIA

Makes you want to cook! Not sure how Julie Powell managed to cook all those recipes and not put on an ounce though...an unusual film, not very exciting, but entertaining. Meryl Streep, as always, was superb, what an actress!

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME

Continuing the saga of the neighbour from hell, we have now received a letter from her solicitor to say that she has a right to go out at night and we should leave her alone as it's not her fault if the floors are thin...to be continued

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEK 2

Minus 1kg - I was a bit disappointed but apparantly the plan is geared to a loss of 1kg per week so I'm on track, so chin up, the only way is down. Total loss 3kg 500g

Minus 1kg Total loss 4kg 500g Not bad in three weeks. I gave in and bought a (nother!) cook book because I was getting fed up with the recipes I've got. Next week I'm aiming for 1.5kg...hmmm, well, maybe.

Fan-anne called Pinnacle and complained about the picture on the landing; she said when she'd seen that picture of the man that she'd given to charity she'd been very upset...it was a picture of a bowl of flowers!!!???

Yessssssss, and the loss continues: Minus 1kg 500g Total loss 13kg; that's 2 stones in old money, so I now have a second stone in my purse. Tracey and cuz both did well too, but cuz is having trouble getting his head round the whole thing...hardly surprising,...

Minus 1kg I don't know how I'm doing it, but I keep on losing even when I think I'm not doing well...it's great, roll on the Summer and all those little tops and flimsey trousers. Total loss 14kg
