WE DID IT!

Yesterday, golfer and I bought a flat! All being well, we will be moving in at the end of April...photos to come when I can get them!

Slowly, slowly catchy monkey so they say, so I'm happy...ish with another 500g loss tonight. Total loss 24kg

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEKS 36 & 37

I was too depressed to note last week's effort...and this week's not much better: 250g on last week, 500g off this week. In my defence, I have moved and been very stressed (in a good way) and very busy...I know, I know, that's no excuse, but I'll do better...

That's more like it! 1kg 500g off this week...total loss now is 28kg...only another few months to go and I'm off down the front for a 99 flake

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEK 44

I thought it was too good to be true when I lost 4½lb last week, but at least I haven' t put any on, I'm exactly the same this week. Need to get motivated for that one last push as I come up to the twelve month mark...

They all had ice cream, I had none. They all had alcohol, I had none. They all had cheese on toast, I had salad. Results: plus 250g this week...aaaaaaaaaaargh.

WEIGHT WATCHERS WEEK 33

NO CHANGE...which is somehow good as I was on holiday 'dans le pays du foie gras'. No, seriously, that's good, I'm making a real effort next week to get back to losing at least a kilo per week, this has to be brought to an end now.

Stayed the same this week - I don't understand this, I have been as good as gold this week. Oh well. Not going next week as I shall be on holiday in the Isle of Wight for a few days; hopefully I will not put any on, this is getting to be a drag!

Minus 500g tonight, which is a miracle given my weekend away and the fact that I really haven't been concentrating...I have told everyone to be there next week as I expect to arrive at my goal weight, countdown with me: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6...

Minus 1kg 500g this week, yesssssssss! At this rate I will be at goal weight for Christmas and will buy myself a lovely dress to wear on Christmas Day. Wish me luck, I'm going in! Total loss 35½ kg
